Peaches is Just Peachy!
Peaches is a red-tabby female kitty who adopted us.
One morning many years ago I awoke and walked into the kitchen to find her sitting in the kitchen floor – with the fresh-air floor vent grill askew. I picked her up, fed her and carried her back outside our fence. The next morning – there she was, waiting in the kitchen again.
This went on for a week or two – and it became obvious that Peaches was pregnant. To avoid having a litter of kittens under the house – we took her in.
One litter, one spay, and many years later – Ms. Peaches is a permanent member of the family.
