BillieJean is Goofys BGF (Best Girl Friend). He brought her up to Perrydise Hill about 6 months after he arrived.
We call her BillieJean because of her one white glove. Very Michael Jackson like, but since she’s a female we wanted a female name. The only female name we could think of at the time that was associated with Michael Jackson was Billie Jean – as in “Billie Jean is not my lover… she’s just a girl, who thinks that I am the one… but the child is not my son”
